Soy Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup steamed soy beans (soak beans for 4 hours then steam 15 minutes in microwave)
- 2.5 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup organic sugar
- dash sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend above ingredients on high speed for 90 seconds until smooth.
